This project is aimed to bring art to the diversity of all neighbourhoods of Berlin one wall at the time. Our goal is to work from the outside of Berlin all the way to the inside of the city truly making URBAN NATION the art center that has reach not only all over Berlin but far beyond.
ONE WALL is inviting national and international artists 5x a year to Berlin and experience the city while working on ONE WALL mural. Walls can vary from extremely large scale walls to smaller but multiple walls or special locations as well as pillar rows, towers or bridges.
We aim to give the artist a clear idea of the issues or challenges each of these Berlin neighbourhoods is facing.
ONE WALL by Don John
One of the first artists taking part in the project is Don John from Denmark, whose ONE WALL can be found in Mehringplatz 29.
