R&B star Trey Songz capped an amazing year by winning the award for Best Male R&B Artist at the recent BET Awards Ceremony. The handsome R&B singer famous for his energetic stage performances, his delicious R&B songs and his stylish R&B music videos was accompanied by his mother who looked stunning as he collected his award.
Trey Songz said: “I am so delighted to win this award. It really does mean everything to me. It also means a lot to have my mom here to share this award with me too.”

R&B star Trey Songz`s latest album Ready released on August 31 2009 debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 Album charts selling 131,000 copies in its first week. The album features collaborations with Hip hop star Soulja Boy, Fabolous, Drake, Gucci Mane and producers Stargate, Troy Taylor and Bei Maejor.
Trey Songz`s third studio album Ready also spawned the hit singles “I Invented Sex”, “Say Aah” featuring Fabolous, “Successful” featuring rap star Drake and “I Need A Girl”.
Trey Songz is also set to release his fourth studio album Passion, Pain & Pleasure on September 14 2010. Look out for the first single to include Nicki Minaj.
