Trey Songz`s album goes gold plus details about his tour with Jay Z...

R&B sensation Trey Songz is currently celebrating with the news that his latest album “Ready” has been certified Gold with sales of over 500,000 copies. The sexy R&B singer famous for his entertaining stage shows, his delicious R&B songs and his stylish R&B music videos has become one of the hottest R&B singers out there and a sex symbol too.

Trey Songz said: “It truly is a blessing that my fans have supported this album the way they have. To sell 500,000 copies of it is just great.”

Trey Songz`s third studio album Ready was released on August 31 2009 and features collaborations with Hip hop stars Soulja Boy, Gucci Mane, Fabolous and long time collaborator Drake. The album also features the production and songwriting talents of Stargate, Bryan Michael Cox, Bei Maejor, Troy Taylor and Noah “40” Shebib.

Trey Songz`s latest album has already spawned the hit singles “I Need A Girl”, “Lol” featuring Soulja Boy and Gucci Mane, the infectious “Say Aah” featuring rap star Fabolous, “I Invented Sex” and “Successful” featuring rap star Drake.
