R&B star Trey Songz currently riding high with the success of his smash hit album Passion, Pain & Pleasure and the smash hit singles "Bottoms Up" featuring Nicki Minaj and the sultry slow jam "Cant Be Friends" has just spoken about his upcoming collaboration with rap star Soulja Boy which will be featured on Soulja Boy`s new album entitled The DeAndre Way scheduled to be released on November 30 2010. The talented R&B singer famous for his smooth R&B vocals; his smash hit R&B songs and his stylish R&B music videos spoke about his second collaboration with Soulja Boy entitled "Hey Cutie" after their first song "LOL" became an instant hit.
Trey Songz said: “I got a record on Soulja Boy’s project,” he says. “It’s something for the ladies out there. It’s got a little bounce to it, a feel-good record, make people want to dance, sing along.”
Their hot collaboration "Hey Cutie" is also rumored to be one of the upcoming singles from Soulja Boy`s new album The DeAndre Way along with the previous singles "Pretty Boy Swag", "Blowing Me Kisses" and the Boi-1da produced hip hop joint "Speakers Going Hammer" with its stunning rap music video.
Trey Songz is also set to join Ushers OMG Tour which kicks off in Seattle on November 10 2010 as the special guest. The proud star is honored to be on such a prestigious tour.
Trey Songz said: “Usher was one of the first young sex symbol kind of artists of my generation,” he explains “It’s because of guys like him that I’m even able to do this.”
Trey Songz is also set to feature on a hot new collaboration with R&B star Monica too entitled "Here I Am". Meanwhile Trey Songz`s latest album continues to sell huge numbers and currently sits at number seven on the Billboard 200 album charts.
