R&B star Ne-Yo performs for the troops...

R&B star Ne-Yo took time out from his busy schedule to head over to Brooklyn to perform a free concert for the troops at the army base in Fort Hamilton on July 2 2011. The big hearted star famous for his smooth R&B vocals; delicious R&B song and stunning Ne-Yo music videos was excited to make this trip so that he could show his appreciation for the troops.

Ne-Yo said: “Well it’s something that we were trying to put together for a little while. Just a way for me to show my appreciation for what it is that the troops do. I’m out here supporting the people who support me, and my free way of life. I’m happy to be here.”

After an initial meet and greet session where Ne-Yo spent time talking to the soldiers he then dazzled them with an incredible performance singing some of his best known hits including his delicious R&B joints “Miss Independent”, “So Sick” & “One In A Million”.

The star is currently back in the studio working on the follow up to his hugely impressive Libra Scale album which spawned the hit Ne-Yo songs “Beautiful Monster”, the hugely infectious “Champagne Life” and the delicious “One In A Million” with its stunning Ne-Yo music video.

Look out for a brand new Ne-Yo single and a stunning Ne-Yo music video to be released later in the year.
