Despite spending most of the locked away in a recording studio working on her next studio album R&B star Ashanti took time out to hook up with Hip hop superstar Lil Wayne who dropped by her studio last night. The gorgeous R&B singer famous for her smooth R&B vocals; delicious R&B songs and stunning R&B music videos even posted a picture on her Twitter page sparking rumors that the two of them will be collaborating on her upcoming disc.
The gorgeous R&B star has been away from the music spotlight since her last studio album The Declaration was released in 2008 but is set to release her highly anticipated fifth studio album later in the year. This eagerly awaited disc contains collaborations with Rodney Jerkins, Cool & Dre, Tank and legendary rap music producer Dr. Dre.
Ashanti is reportedly already preparing a single and a stunning R&B music video to be released in the next few months.
The gorgeous R&B singer is best known for her hits “Foolish”, “Happy” which featured an excellent R&B music video & her biggest collaboration to date “Always On Time” featuring Ja Rule.
