Notorious BIG: Wrongful death lawsuit dismissed...
Mrs Voletta Wallace mother of the legendary rap star the Notorious BIG is today disappointed to learn that her five year old lawsuit against the LAPD and LAPD officers Rafael Perez and David Mack and Marion “Suge” Knight owner of Death Row Records which suggested that they conspired together to have her son shot has been dismissed by Judge Jacqueline Nguyen.
The late great hip hop legend Biggie Smalls was shot dead on March 9 1997 and no one has ever been brought to justice for this crime. Voletta Wallace had hoped to sue the LAPD, its officers Rafael Perez and David Mack and Marion “Suge” Knight in a civil case in order to bring about some level of justice.
