Michael Jacksons Estate signs the biggest recording deal in History...

Sony Music has just announced a record breaking $250 million dollar deal with the Estate of Michael Jackson to release ten albums over a seven year period. The deal will include previously unreleased music as well as remixes and new packages of some of Michael Jackson`s best known songs.

Chairman of Sony Music Entertainment Rob Stringer said: “We see this record breaking deal as a partnership and we are confident of recouping our investment and making a significant profit.”

The contract will also cover last year’s This Is It CD which became a huge seller. And will also include a new Michael Jackson album entitled “Michael” which is set to come out at the end of the year. The new album is said to include 11 unreleased songs with collaborations with artists such as Hip hop superstar 50 Cent, R&B star Akon and rock star Lenny Kravitz.

Look out for a single sometime in November 2010 which is rumored to be the collaboration with Akon entitled “Hold My Hand”. The album is set to be released on December 14 2010.
