R&B superstar Mariah Carey is back in the recording studio working on brand new songs with long time collaborator Jermaine Dupri the man behind her hits “Always Be My Baby” and “We Belong Together”. The gorgeous R&B singer famous for her stunning Mariah Carey songs and music videos is said to be excited about this upcoming album which is set to be released later in the year.
The singer who spent most of the last few weeks taking care of her husband Nick Cannon who suffered mild kidney failure on their annual Christmas vacation to Aspen is now said to be fully focused on completing her fourteenth studio album. This highly anticipated disc which is set to feature some surprise guests is also said to include some of Mariah Carey`s best ever work.
Mariah Carey is set to release the first official single with a stunning Mariah Carey music video in the next few months.
Mariah Carey`s last studio album “Merry Christmas II You” was released in 2010 and featured high profile collaborations with Jermaine Dupri, Bryan Michael Cox and American Idol judge and record producer Randy Jackson.
The album also spawned the excellent Mariah Carey songs “Oh Santa” and “When Christmas Comes” featuring John Legend.
