US Rap music: Lloyd Banks talks about 50 Cent... Rap music star and G-Unit founder member Lloyd Banks recently spoke about his friend and long time collaborator rap superstar 50 Cent. The Rap music star who brought you the smash hit rap song "On Fire" with its cool hip hop music video (Check out this hot rapmusic video below) spoke at great length about 50 Cent giving us an insight in how this rap superstar crafts his music.
Lloyd Banks said: "50`s mind runs all day. I go to sleep about 7 a.m. from being up writing all that time, and he's getting up at that time, thinkin'. He might come to my room three times a day and will be like, 'I got this idea,' or 'I got that idea. He changes up a lot. the material but it doesnt get released though."
Banks said that even though 50 Cent is very busy these days with his acting career that he still finds the time to record his music.
Lloyd Banks said: "I heard a bunch of material for that project. All of it was created w hile he was traveling around. He made most of it in a portable studio-truck type of thing."
Banks also revealed more exciting details that G-Unit have a brand new bangin` mixtape ready to go.
Lloyd Banks said: "We got material. We got a whole 'nother mixtape done in the studio, chillin".
Lloyd Banks added that 50 Cent will decide when this mixtape is completed and when it is ready to be released.
Lloyd Banks said: "Whenever he feel like he want to pull that trigger."
Lloyd Banks also revealed that all the members of the G-Unit crew are looking forward to releasing their music over the next few months.
Lloyd Banks revealed: "[50's] material's gonna be crazy, man. All I can say is just wait and see," Banks assured fans. "What I'm doing right now, [there's] nothing more he wants to see than that. That just gets everybody hyped up again. [Tony] Yayo will call me like, 'Yo, it's on!' That's like the energy that's around the unit right now."
Hip hop superstar 50 Cent is rumored to be working on his brand new highly anticipated album with producers such as Swizz Beatz and Kanye West said to be involved. Look for a 2011 release date for this album project.
