Lil Wayne thrills fans at Jay Z concert before going to prison...
Hip hop superstar Lil Wayne made a surprise appearance on Tuesday at Jay Z`s concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden. The talented rap star famous for his slick rhymes; his hot collaborations and his cool rap & hip hop music videos was supposed to be attending a sentencing hearing year but a fire in the basement at New York`s Manhattan Criminal Court forced Lil Wayne`s hearing to be postponed and he was free to make an appearance at Jay Z`s amazing concert at Madison Square Garden.
Hip hop legend Jay Z was performing with rising hip hop star Nicki Minaj on stage when he introduced Lil Wayne to peform a sizzling version of his track “I`m Goin In” to the delight of the concert audience. Lil Wayne was then joined on stage by Young Money artist and label mate Drake, Akon and rap star Young Jeezy.
Hip hop superstar Lil Wayne was originally going to be sentenced last month but his hearing was delayed so that he could have dental treatment. Lil Wayne is now due back in court on Wednesday when he will discover his fate.
On the music front Lil Wayne`s upcoming album Rebirth is set to be released on February 2 2010 and it features collaborations with hip hop superstar Eminem, Nicki Minaj and Young Money R&B star Shanell.
