Super star R&B producer Jermaine Dupri famous for his work with superstars like Mariah Carey, Usher, Ashanti recently spoke with Hot 107.9 in Atlanta radio show about how he discovered his exciting new female artist Dondria and what made her special enough to work with. Jermaine Dupri said: “Somebody told me to listen to her on Youtube but I didn’t know what the interest was,” He continued: “But when I checked out her attitude and demeanor to go along with the vocals I thought it was raw talent. We went through a two-year process of me getting everybody to understand the vision.”
He also explains what’s going on with his So So Def label and how difficult it is to break new artists on a major label in 2010.
Producer Jermaine Dupri is all set to feature on albums by Mariah Carey on her upcoming disc "Merry Christimas II You" later this year.
