Rap star T.I will not be punished for drugs charges...
Rap superstar T.I already sentenced to 11 months in prison for breaking the terms of his probation had some good news this week when it was decided that he will not be charged for possession of drugs after his arrest last month in West Hollywood. The talented rap star famous for his delicious rhymes; his cool rap songs and his even cooler rap & hip hop music videos is rumored to have escaped any further punishment relating to being found in possession of drugs last month following his arrest in West Hollywood.
T.I was arrested last month in West Hollywood with his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle after allegedly performing an illegal u-turn. After his Maybach car was stopped the arresting officers are alleged to have found narcotics and also discovered that T.I was in the company of a known felon Cortez "C-Rod" Thomas all of which breaks the terms of his probation. T.I was also rumored to have failed a drugs test too after his arrest and so many people expected him to get an additional few months for his involvement with drugs.
T.I had only just been released in March 2010 after serving one year for trying to buy machine guns and silencers from an undercover police officer and as a result was still on probation when he was arrested last month. But it appears that no further action will be taken and he will just have to serve the 11 months sentence for breaking the terms of his probation.
Hip hop superstar T.I is also supposed to be releasing a new album too entitled No Mercy which will feature collaborations with rap superstars Pharrell Williams and Kanye West as well as R&B sensation Chris Brown, The-Dream, Trey Songz , Drake and pop sensation Christina Aguilera. Look for the albums first single which is rumored to be the T.I and Chris Brown collaboration "Get Back Up" with its stunning T.I music video.
