Dr. Dre sued for over a million dollars... Superstar rap producer and artist Dr.Dre is currently being sued for allegedly refusing to pay an outstanding debt for recording time purchased through Paramount Recording Studios in Los Angeles California. The legendary producer and artist famous for his cool hip hop music videos and cool rhymes is being sued for $1,220,500 for recording time purchased between April 2009 and June 2010.
Paramount Recording Studios a state of the art recording facility alleges that Dr. Dre through his Aftermath Entertainment Company purchased recording time at their studios over a ten year period but after repeated requests for payment they were forced to file a law suit against Dr. Dre and his record company Aftermath Entertainment. The lawsuit requests that Dr. Dre settle the bill in full. The lawsuit was issued in the Los Angeles Superior Court on July 23 2010.
Hip hop legend Dr. Dre is set to release his third studio album in 2011 the much hyped “Detox” project said to feature some of the biggest names in rap music including Hip hop superstar Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Eminem, Swizz Beatz, Scott Storch, The Game, Lloyd Banks and R&B star Akon.
Look out for the lead single “Kush” featuring Hip hop legend Snoop Dogg and R&B star Akon to be released at the end of the year with a stunning hip hop music video too.
