Beautiful R&B singer Christina Milian is reported to have officially separated from her husband R&B producer The-Dream after only a few months of marriage. The talented R&B singer famous for her delicious R&B songs; her smash hit albums and her stylish R&B music videos only got married on September 4 2009 but insiders have been predicting for a while now that all was not right in their relationship.

The couple also had a beautiful daughter Violet Madison Nash on February 26 2010 but it seems that despite their love for their daughter they just couldn’t make the marriage work.

Then a few months ago The-Dream was spotted on vacation with another woman rumored to be his personal assistant Melissa Santiago and this prompted The-Dream to issue a statement officially confirming the split.

The-Dream`s statement read: "Terius 'The-Dream' Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter, Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward."

Hit producer The-Dream is featured on several high profile albums this year including Hip hop superstar T.I`s upcoming album No Mercy and R&B Ciara`s Basic Instinct album.

Christina Milian mean while is set to shoot a movie Christmas Cupid for the ABC channel. She also announced that she will be releasing a brand new album in 2011.
