Hip hop superstar 50 Cent has come out fighting begging rap mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs to stop exploiting the memory of the legendary rap star Notorious BIG who sadly passed away on March 9 1997. The talented rap star famous for his delicious rhymes; his classic rap songs and his cool rap & hip hop music videos has officially launched a petition asking Diddy to let the Notorious BIG rest in peace.
50 Cent said recently: "Enough is enough," he declared in his Twitter Petition dubbed RIP BIG. "Biggie's name should never have become Diddy's Black Card ... When was the last time Diddy really was biggin up his brother, not biggin up his bank?"
Many observers and critics have long argued that Diddy has made an enormous amount of money out of the Notorious BIG since his death in March 1997. First there was the tribute rap song “I`ll Be Missing You” which became a global hit and then there was the release of two posthumous Biggie albums plus a biopic Notorious produced by Diddy too.
Diddy has long since argued though that he is simply keeping alive his friend`s memory through his music and maintaining his iconic status.
On the music front look for 50 Cent to release a brand new album in 2011 and for Diddy`s collaboration album project with Dirty Money entitled Last Train To Paris to be released at the end of the year.
