Hip hop superstar 50 Cent has revealed his admiration for fellow rap superstar Eminem and said that it was the talented rap star who inspired him to become so successful. The sexy rap star famous for his cool rhymes, his classic rap songs and his even cooler rap & hip hop music videos said that watching his friend Eminem become so successful gave him the inspiration he needed to become a huge star himself.
50 Cent said: "I remember looking at Eminem's plaque for 'The Marshall Mathers LP', and it had 35 countries on it where the record went gold or platinum and I looked at that and thought, 'I want one of those.'"
50 Cent added: "I think at this point, most artists would dream of having the ability to travel from the United States to different territories and actually be wanted, and have people already knowing their material."
Hip hop superstar 50 Cent has truly become the global rap icon he dreamed about with a host of smash hit rap albums, some huge rap singles and even a hugely successful acting career too. Whilst Eminem`s career continues to go from strength to strength with the success of his latest album Recovery topping the Billboard 200 Album charts and spawning some of the biggest hit singles of the year.
