Omarion born Omari Ismael Grandberry is a multi platinum multi award winning R&B recording artist from the US famed for his stylish dance moves, his hit songs and his stunning Omarion music videos. The handsome R&B sensation first found fame as part of the R&B teen group B2K whose hits include such R&B classics as “Got`s To Be”, “Why I Love You” and the excellent “Girlfriend”. All of these classic hit singles were accompanied by sensational B2K music videos allowing Omarion the lead singer of the group to showcase his considerable talents leading some critics to label him as the heir to Michael Jackson`s throne. The first single released was entitled “Entourage” and it featured a typically stylish Omarion music video. The second single released was the percussive and Hip hop beat driven Timbaland produced “Ice Box” which was to become a monster worldwide hit. The stunning Omarion music video for his excellent single gained massive airplay on MTV helping it to become a worldwide smash. This hugely infectious single would also peak at number 12 in the US Billboard Hot 100 singles chart too. Omarion`s sophomore album “21” would eventually sell about half a million copies in the US. The second single sampled LL Cool J`s “Going Back To Cali” and was entitled “Hey Baby” this also featured a hit Bow Wow and Omarion music video which received lots of airplay on MTV helping the album “Face Off” to sell more than 500,000 copies in the US. The album spawned the excellent Omarion singles & Omarion music videos for “I Get It In” featuring Gucci Mane, “Speedin” & “Hoodie” which featured another stunning Omarion music video. Omarion`s “Ollusion” album sold 21,200 copies in its first week of release. The talented star also went on a whirlwind promotional tour for this album too which saw high profile performances on 106 & Park amongst others.
