Grime music is a genre of UK hip hop music which has been developing in London's underground music scene since around 2002. With its combination of influences from UK Garage to hip-hop it is the latest style to evolve from the UK garage scene. Grime music's defining tempo at 140 beats per minute, and MCs 'spitting' lyrics, have given grime music its own distinctive sound. This talented young London born rap star famous for his cool rhymes; delicious rap songs and cool Grime music videos exploded onto the scene when his excellent single “Pass Out” the first single release from his debut album “Disc-Overy” went to number one on the Official UK Singles chart. Other singles & Grime music videos released from this excellent album include “Frisky” featuring Labrinth, “Invincible” featuring gorgeous US star Kelly Rowland, “Written In The Stars” featuring Eric Turner and his final single release “Till I`m Gone” featuring US rap sensation Wiz Khalifa. Tinie Tempah is now expected to release his highly anticipated sophomore album in 2012. This eagerly awaited disc is said to include collaborations with US rap superstar Pharrell Williams and Labrinth who produced his number one selling single “Pass Out” in 2010. Look out for the first single to be released with a cool Grime music video in early 2012. One of the most respected for all grime music artists is Giggs or Hoodman as he’s sometimes known. This talented London born Grime music artist has lit up the UK Grime music scene with a series of high profile singles & Grime music videos over the last few years. From the delicious rap anthem “Walk In Da Park” to his excellent collaboration with Skepta “Look Out” this talented grime music artist can do no wrong. Winner of a BET Award in 2009 for Best UK Hip hop artist Giggs is now widely recognised as one of the best MCs around. Hailing from South London Giggs released his debut album “Walk In Da Park” under the XL recordings label in 2008 and this album spawned the classic grime music & hip hop anthem “Talkin Da Hardest”. This album sold out at HMV within two days and another UK rap superstar was born. To accompany this release Giggs released two grime music videos for the excellent single “Uummm” and the cool urban jam “U raised me” which featured another cool Grime music video.
